Job summary

Darwin Recruitment in Zurich is seeking an experienced System Architect & Integration Specialist to design and implement modern HR system architectures, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors integrations in hybrid HR-IT landscapes.

You will lead complex projects, design interfaces using SAP Integration Suite, CPI and SAP BTP, and collaborate with HR, IT and business stakeholders to deliver optimal integration solutions. Willingness to travel nationally and internationally is required.

Qualifications

• Solid professional experience in the SAP HR environment (on-premise & cloud).
• Experience in hybrid system landscapes and integration projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultant on complex customer projects focusing on system architecture and integration.
• Design and implement interfaces between SuccessFactors and external systems (SAP HCM, time management, payroll, non-SAP).
• Collaborate with HR, IT and business stakeholders to define optimal architecture and integrations.
• Support migration projects from SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors including data modeling, mapping and transformation.
• Support the sales team with effort estimations and scope for integration and migration topics.

System Architect & Integration Specialist (m/f/d) – Zurich

As an experienced HR IT consultant (m/f/d) with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors, you will play a key role in designing and implementing modern HR system architectures for our national and international clients. You will work at the intersection of technology, processes, and consulting – contributing your integrative understanding and technical expertise.

Your area of responsibility

• Professional and technical responsibility as Lead Consultant in complex customer projects with a focus on system architecture and integration of SAP SuccessFactors in hybrid HR-IT landscapes.
• Design and implementation of interfaces between SuccessFactors and external systems (SAP HCM, time management, payroll, non-SAP systems) using various technologies such as the SAP Integration Suite, SAP BTP and CPI
• Close collaboration through workshops with HR, IT and business stakeholders to define the system architecture that best suits the customer and to provide the ideal integration solutions.
• Support for migration projects, especially from SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on data modeling, mapping, and transformation logic.
• Supporting the sales team with effort estimations and scoping for all integration and migration topics.

Your profile

You are tech-savvy, think across systems, and enjoy helping to shape complex HR IT architectures. In addition, you bring the following:

• Solid professional experience in the SAP HR environment (on-premise & cloud) – especially in the implementation of hybrid system landscapes.
• In-depth technical knowledge of integrations in SAP SuccessFactors, especially in the area of Core Hybrid via SAP Integration Suite/CPI/BTP, Compound API, OData API and related technologies.
• Strong understanding of HR data structures and data flows, especially with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, platform services and SAP HCM
• Technical application expertise as a consultant (m/f/d) in SAP HCM, especially for PA/OM, PT, and PY. Ideally, knowledge of Web Dynpro, Fiori, and HR Renewal.
• Solid understanding of SAP authorizations, SAP Basis, and ABAP development
• Willingness to travel for national and international client projects
• Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written; French skills are a plus.
• Personally, you impress with your strong communication skills, team spirit, and a pronounced customer focus.
