The firm practices in Family Law and Criminal Defense. We are committed to staying ahead in a competitive market by blending traditional expertise with cutting-edge marketing strategies. Currently, we operate in the states of MN and NC with plans to continue our extraordinary growth in new markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites for multiple law firm domains.
• Build responsive, mobile-first designs aligned with SEO and UX best practices.
• Implement landing pages, service pages, and blogs.
• Optimize site performance (Core Web Vitals, speed, caching, image compression, CDN setup).
• Ensure SEO compliance: clean code, schema markup integration, proper heading structures, internal linking.
• Manage plugin/theme updates, security patches, backups, and troubleshooting.
• Work with the SEO team to resolve indexing, crawlability, and site architecture issues.
• Implement lead-generation features: forms, chat widgets, call-tracking numbers, LSA integrations.
• Handle multi-domain strategy: setting up new websites with consistent branding.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2 - 4 years in WordPress development.
• Strong knowledge of Elementor/Divi/other page builders and custom theme development.
• Experience with Yoast/RankMath, schema plugins, SEO-friendly structures.
• Understanding of Core Web Vitals, website speed optimization, and security protocols.
• Familiarity with GTM, Google Analytics, Search Console, and integration with marketing tools.
• Ability to work on multiple websites simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with SEO/content teams.

Compensation

$2500 monthly
