Qualifikationen
- Qualified in computer science (or equivalent) with IT support and system engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Solid understanding of core network fundamentals (TCP/IP routing and switching).
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure; VMware is a plus.
Aufgaben
- Deliver daily IT support and guidance to SME clients, maintaining system performance.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server and VMware environments.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Diagnose system issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Lead IT project rollouts, infrastructure upgrades, and migrations.
- Introduce new technologies and automation to streamline workflows.
