Lever, Inc. is seeking a Trenches / Web3 Frontend Developer based in Switzerland to own high-ownership frontend surfaces for an onchain trading terminal.

You will ship real-money trading experiences across Solana and EVM, unify wallet interactions, and optimize for latency with live data, WebSockets, and optimistic UI. This remote-first role offers significant ownership and cross-team collaboration in a fast-moving crypto environment.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of frontend engineering with Web3 experience.
• Proven track record shipping production Web3 products with real users.
• Experience with both Solana and EVM ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of live, latency-sensitive trading UIs.
• Experience with charting, order flow, PnL, and onchain states.
• Experience with Solana wallet adapters and Privy.
• Ability to diagnose frontend performance system-wide.
• Proactive product ownership and feature launches without tickets.
• Experience across web and mobile parity is valuable.
• Familiar with AI-assisted development in production.

Aufgaben

• Own the frontend client experience for trenches trading across Solana and EVM.
• Own end-to-end revenue-generating surface from idea to production.
• Build latency-sensitive trading experiences with live data and execution.
• Unify Solana and EVM wallet experiences with parity.
• Optimize browser performance with WebSockets and RPC streams.
• Own frontend performance metrics like p95 TTI and time-to-fill.
• Design trading interfaces for charting, PnL, fills, and onchain states.
• Collaborate with frontend, UX, backend, and DevOps in a compact team.
• Apply AI-native development practices while maintaining quality.
