Zusammenfassung

LGT Capital Partners is seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to join its ILS development team in Switzerland. You will build and operate its in-house portfolio management platform using .NET, C#, SQL Server, and a React/TypeScript frontend, collaborating with investment professionals and business users.

You will own the full application lifecycle, maintain CI/CD pipelines, support production systems, and refine requirements with stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• A university degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• At least five years of professional software development experience, with strong hands-on skills in React, TypeScript, Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, .NET, and C#.
• Experience operating and supporting production applications, including CI/CD and deployment processes
• Experience with DevExpress/DevExtreme as well as familiarity with financial, trading, or reinsurance industry would be a strong asset
• Familiarity with AI and the critical yet efficient use of AI tools in daily development work is an advantage
• Strong verbal and written skills in English are a requirement
• German language skills would be a plus
• As a proactive and independent person with a team spirit, you demonstrate a strong self‑motivation to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
