SMG Swiss Marketplace Group in Zürich is looking for a Staff Frontend Engineer to lead the frontend architecture in the Real Estate vertical. You will create shared frontend solutions, enhance user experiences, and mentor engineers while innovating across multiple teams.

The ideal candidate has substantial experience with Vue.js, technical leadership in design and implementation, and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of professional experience with Vue.js, or similar frameworks.
• Proven track record of implementing automated frontend testing.
• Solid experience building production applications with Vue 3.
• Experience collaborating with designers using Figma.

Aufgaben

• Lead the evolution of Real Estate frontend architecture and improve SLAs/SLOs.
• Design and create shared frontend libraries and tooling.
• Orchestrate multi-system refactors and migrations.
• Mentor and coach other engineers through structured mentorship.
