Qualifikationen

• University degree in finance/economics/business required.
• ≥5 years progressive experience in wealth, private, corporate or investment banking with an independent book.
• CFA/CPA a plus.

Aufgaben

• Design and execute acquisition strategies to grow the client base and business volumes.
• Own end‑to‑end management of a wealth management client book, ensuring compliance, KYC and risk standards.
• Conduct portfolio reviews and propose integrated solutions with Investment Banking, Asset Management, etc., while driving cross‑selling opportunities.
• Control asset, revenue and expense budgets, and strive to exceed performance targets.
• Maintain top‑tier client satisfaction, resolve complex issues, and provide feedback to product and operations teams.
• Coach junior RMs and lead client presentations and knowledge‑sharing initiatives.
