Zusammenfassung

SAM International in Geneva is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our Wealth Management team. You will develop and manage a portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients, delivering tailored wealth guidance and advisory solutions while contributing to growth through new client acquisition.

The role requires deep knowledge of investment products, Swiss regulatory awareness (FINMA/KYC), and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 7 years as Relationship Manager or similar client-facing role in private banking or wealth management.
• Proven track record of acquiring and managing HNW/UHNW client relationships and growing assets.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, wealth structuring, and financial markets.
• Solid understanding of Swiss regulatory requirements (FINMA, AML/KYC) a plus.
• University degree in finance, economics, business or related field; CWMA/CFA a plus.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop, manage, and grow a portfolio of HNW/UHNW private clients as their primary contact.
• Acquire new clients and assets under management through personal networks and referrals.
• Design and propose tailored investment strategies in coordination with advisory and asset management teams.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews aligned with risk profiles and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with FINMA, KYC/AML, and cross-border regulations throughout the lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with investment, credit, legal/compliance, and operations.
