Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in FinTech, SaaS, or capital markets technology.
• Proven track record of owning and delivering revenue targets.
• Deep domain exposure to private banks, clearing houses, market infrastructure providers, family offices, and institutional wealth managers.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Ability to bridge business and technology, discussing risk, APIs, data, integrations, and SaaS architecture.

Aufgaben

• Own division performance and drive revenue growth across new business and strategic relationships.
• Define, execute and evolve the GTM strategy for Wealth Management and Private Banking.
• Lead pricing, enterprise deal structures, and high-level revenue forecasting.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycles and close deals, as primary executive contact for C-level stakeholders.
• Coach and develop the Sales & Relationship Manager and scale a high-performing commercial organization.
• Align product direction with market requirements and stay close to wealth management and fintech developments.
