Job summary

Citi is seeking a Client Associate to support the Switzerland and Monaco market from Zurich. The role focuses on delivering concierge-level client service, coordinating with Private Bankers, and guiding clients through KYC onboarding and documentation processes.

The ideal candidate brings wealth management exposure, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in wealth management or financial services preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide concierge-level service and act as the primary contact for clients, managing servicing needs end-to-end.
• Partner with Private Banker teams and liaise with KYC, product partners and Operations to fulfil requests.
• Serve as the primary contact for KYC onboarding and provide high-level customer service.
• Ensure documentation is current, accurate, and complete.
• Demonstrate subject matter expertise to influence decisions and support team performance.
• Oversee KYC process management, client relationship management and documentation oversight.
• Initiate client tax and reporting requests, coordinating with tax teams.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws and regulations; escalate issues as needed.
• Engage with clients across Citi channels and leverage digital platforms.
• Facilitate adoption of digital platforms and provide initial support.
