Job summary

Pictet Wealth Management seeks a Client Relationship Officer in Zurich to act as the entry point for operational requests from bankers and clients. You will work with the German Speaking Switzerland Team, handling end-to-end account opening, documentation flows, and KYC updates while coordinating with risk and compliance functions.

The role requires deep familiarity with wealth management processes, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years experience in a similar function.
• Fluent in English; German and French are a plus.
• Understand client documentation and internal processes of a wealth manager.
• Familiar with regulatory dimensions (cross-border, R&C, PEP, CARA, FATCA, CRS, etc.)
• Reliable and resilient with ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Administer the end-to-end account-opening process, considering local regulatory specifics.
• Secure strict follow-up of documentation (pending items, middle office and R&C lists).
• Assist documentation flows (archiving and processing forms).
• Procure KYC information and update documents in systems.
• Process workflow requests in systems (client codifications, credit card requests, credit lines, pricing exceptions).
• Coordinate with the zone’s Business Risk Manager to resolve risk and compliance matters.
• Adhere to policies and directives; assist with new implementations.
• Edit payments and stock exchange orders while ensuring callbacks are performed.
• Build close relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Support administrative tasks when required.

As aClient Relationship Officer in our Zurich office you will be working in the German Speaking Switzerland Team and you will be the point of entry for all operational requests from bankers or clients.

Your role

Your responsibilities include the following:

• Administer the end-to-end account-opening process, taking into consideration local regulatory specificities
• Secure strict follow-up of documentation (e.g. pending items, middle office and R&C lists)
• Assist documentation flows (e.g. archiving and processing physical and electronic forms)
• Procure KYC information and update complementary documents in the systems
• Process workflow requests in the systems (client codifications, credit card requests, credit lines, pricing exceptions, etc.)
• Close coordination with the zone’s Business Risk Manager to resolverisk and compliance matters
• Adjust to all existing policies and directives and support the implementation of new ones, where needed
• Edit payments and stock exchange orders while ensuring call backs are systematically performed
• Build close relationships with relevant internal stakeholders
• Support assistance with administrative tasks when required

Your profile

• Minimum of10 years experience in a similar function
