Qualifikationen

• Educational background in Computer Science, AI, Robotics or related field.
• Proven leadership: previously as IC, now in management.
• Experience leading applied ML or autonomy teams that shipped production AI systems.
• Hands-on with technical aspects: stay engaged when needed.
• Excellent soft skills and communication; strive for excellence.

• Act as a dedicated people manager for engineers, overseeing performance reviews and career growth.
• Own recruitment as a top priority to build a high-performing team.
• Develop and implement standardised work processes across ML, data and AI teams.
• Audit and improve internal tooling to empower engineers.
• Contribute to organisational structure and cross-functional delivery improvements.
• Partner with leadership to define vision and drive execution across the company.
