• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving with focus on operational performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to influence executive stakeholders and coach diverse teams.
• Experience in spend optimization and process improvement methodologies.
• Strong business acumen with financial understanding to diagnose cost/productivity potential.
• Knowledge of digital transformation levers to unlock operational efficiencies.
• Ability to work across functions to drive change and achieve goals.
• Extensive knowledge of manufacturing site operations, quality management systems, and supply chain.

Aufgaben

• Own delivery oversight for GSQ transformation roadmap and ensure multi-site impact.
• Drive benefits realization and governance through Booster program.
• Lead and develop direct reports with weekly delivery reviews and risk management.
• Align workstreams across sites and functions to maximize enterprise impact.
• Establish KPI definitions and monitor benefits realization.
• Drive standard ways of working and scale best practices across sites.
