Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Supply Chain, Engineering, CS, IT, Life Sciences).
• 10+ years in pharma/regulated manufacturing.
• 5+ years leading major technology implementations/digital transformation.

• Lead the execution of high-priority digital initiatives per the GCS roadmap.
• Orchestrate matrixed teams to deliver digital capabilities aligned with business needs.
