Takeda in Zurich, Switzerland seeks a Chief of Staff for the PDT & GSQ DD&T Leadership Team. You will act as a trusted advisor and partner to the Head, strengthening executive effectiveness through disciplined governance, decision enablement, and high-quality executive communications.

You will design meetings, maintain logs, track decisions, and ensure cross-functional alignment on priorities, risks, and trade-offs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8–10 years of strategy, consulting, operations, transformation, Chief of Staff, or similar roles.
• Significant experience supporting senior executives and Leadership Teams.
• Proven ability to drive decisions, alignment, accountability, and cross-functional follow-through.
• Experience preparing executive materials, leadership communications, and townhalls.
• Experience in large, global, matrixed organizations.
• Strong understanding of Digital, Data & Technology organizations.
• Pharmaceutical, life sciences, manufacturing, or regulated-industry background preferred.
• Experience with KPI tracking, business performance management, operational excellence, or executive governance.
• Experience supporting budget, resource planning, portfolio prioritization, or strategic investments.

Aufgaben

• Advise and support the Head of PDT & GSQ DD&T on priorities, leadership topics, stakeholder dynamics, and risks.
• Own the leadership team's operating rhythm and facilitate effective meetings.
• Prepare executive materials, decision papers, and townhall content in collaboration with Change Enablement.
• Track decisions, commitments, risks, and dependencies with clear ownership.
• Strengthen crossfunctional alignment on strategic, operational, talent, and organizational topics.
• Support change management, stakeholder mapping, and communications planning.
