Job summary

Energy Infrastructure Partners (EIP) is seeking a Vice President Investments to drive sourcing, execution, and asset management of Swiss and German energy infrastructure opportunities. You will lead transactions, coordinate due diligence, and work with portfolio companies to maximize investor returns.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in energy investments, strong leadership, and an extensive network in the energy market. English fluency required; other languages are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Master or PhD in business or engineering from a globally recognized top-tier university or business school.
• At least 7 years of investment experience in energy infrastructure or sizeable infrastructure transactions.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing complex deals/projects.

Responsibilities

• Source and originate attractive energy infrastructure investment opportunities.
• Lead deal execution including financial modelling and investment memoranda for Investment Committee.
• Oversee due diligence across technical, legal, financial, tax and commercial workstreams; coordinate advisors and experts.
• Structure transactions, negotiate terms with sellers/partners/lenders, ensure regulatory compliance.
• Represent EIP on boards and monitor portfolio performance; drive value creation and reporting.
