SkyCell in Switzerland is seeking a senior product leader to own and shape the end-to-end product portfolio spanning hardware, software and IoT-enabled solutions. You will partner with the Co-Founder & CTO to define the long-term direction of SkyCell's connected product ecosystem and drive a cohesive product vision across physical containers, digital platforms, connectivity and data services.

You will build and lead a team of Product Managers and Product Owners, translate strategy into business

• Shape the Product Vision by developing and communicating a long-term product narrative and clear priorities.
• Lead the Product Portfolio with a cohesive strategy across hardware, software and IoT-enabled solutions.
• Translate strategy into business impact by aligning product decisions with revenue, adoption and pricing goals.
• Build at the intersection of hardware, software and data to deliver a unified customer experience across devices and platforms.
• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers and Product Owners, clarifying roles and ways of working.
• Build alignment across the organization by partnering with CTO and engineering leadership to meet customer needs.
