Qualifications

• PhD in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Protein Engineering, Immunology, Chemistry or related field.
• 14+ years of industry biologics discovery and development experience with leadership.
• Proven track record advancing multispecific antibody and T-cell engager programs.

Responsabilités

• Lead antibody and protein engineering with multispecific T-cell engager focus.
• Define lead identification and optimization strategies from discovery to nomination.
• Build and mentor high-performing, cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Discovery, Translational Sciences, CMC and Development to advance programs.
• Represent DISCO externally through publications and conferences.
