Description

• You proactively identify and assess clients’ pension needs through in-depth consultations, leveraging a portfolio of retirement and investment products.
• You collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as product specialists, underwriters, and marketing teams to tailor solutions that align with both client goals and regulatory frameworks.
• You participate in regional and national initiatives, contributing to innovation in pension strategies and digital advisory tools.
• You maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups using CRM systems, ensuring compliance and continuity of service.
• You may also be involved in mentoring junior advisors or onboarding new team members, especially if you pursue the opportunity to lead a pensions team across the Glarus, Rapperswil-Jona, and Lachen SZ location

What you bring

• You bring a strong understanding of Swiss pension law and regulatory frameworks, ideally complemented by certifications such as VBV or equivalent.
• You have a proven track record in consultative selling, with the ability to translate complex pension products into clear, value-driven solutions for clients.
• You are digitally fluent, comfortable using tools like SuccessFactors, Salesforce, or internal platforms to manage client relationships and sales pipelines
• You demonstrate entrepreneurial thinking and are motivated by autonomy, with a strong sense of accountability for both individual and team performance.
• You are fluent in German (and ideally English or French), enabling you to serve a diverse client base across the region.
