This freelance remote role involves direct coaching, scene context, on‑the‑spot script adjustments, and real‑time audio quality checks across calibration and two recording sessions per participant.

Qualifikationen

• Fluency in native language with dialect; ability to guide natural speech.
• Experience directing voice talent or audio production.
• Ability to give clear, actionable direction.
• Knowledge of basic recording techniques: proximity, mic technique, room noise, levels.
• Comfort improvising and adjusting scripted material on the spot.
• Strong interpersonal skills and rapport building.

Aufgaben

• Direct voice performers through scripted scenarios, coaching for natural, conversational delivery.
• Build scene context and improvise to fill gaps, keeping sessions flowing naturally.
• Adapt scripted wording for natural phrasing and dialect authenticity.
• Monitor and correct audio quality in real time: mic technique, pacing, levels, background noise.
• Manage session pacing to meet targets without sacrificing performance; keep detailed notes.
• Create a supportive environment for performers of varying experience levels.
