Qualifikationen

• Native fluency in German (Switzerland) with strong sense for natural, colloquial phrasing.
• Experience directing, coaching, or producing voice or audio talent (voice direction, casting, audio/podcast production, dubbing, or theater direction).
• Clear, specific, actionable performance direction.
• Solid understanding of basic recording/mic technique (proximity, plosives, room noise, levels).
• Comfort improvising and adjusting scripted material on the spot.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with performers of varying experience levels.

Aufgaben

• Direct voice performers through scripted scenarios with natural, conversational delivery.
• Build scene context for performers and improvise to fill gaps while keeping sessions flowing.
• Adapt scripted wording for natural phrasing and dialect authenticity as needed.
• Monitor and correct audio quality in real time: mic technique, pacing, clarity, background noise.
• Manage session pacing to hit recording targets while maintaining performance quality.
• Create a supportive, low-pressure environment for performers, including first-time talent.
