YO AI Labs is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist to support AI training projects across graphic design, video, and UI/UX tasks. You will evaluate AI outputs, provide human feedback, and help refine creative workflows in a remote, worldwide setting.

The role requires hands-on experience with Figma, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and related tools, plus strong attention to detail and English communication. Flexible schedule and independent work are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Graphic design proficiency.
• Video editing and motion graphics ability.
• Strong UI/UX sensibility.
• Proficiency with Figma and Canva.
• Experience with Adobe After Effects and DaVinci Resolve.
• Solid layout, typography, and color theory skills.
• Familiarity with Mural or Milanote for creative briefing.
• Experience in AI training data evaluation and annotation.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication.

Aufgaben

• Complete structured creative tasks using tools like Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
• Evaluate AI-generated designs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
• Review outputs against professional design standards and project criteria.
• Provide annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI content.
• Document observations and suggest improvements to workflows and tooling.
• Assess composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and user experience.
• Deliver high-quality work within project timelines.
