• At least 6 years of relevant experience in visual merchandising or retail design.
• Experience in the watch industry or creative agency is a plus.
• Proven project management experience.

Join our vibrant team in Grenchen as a Visual Merchandising Designer (f/m/x) within the Trade Marketing department and be part of something extraordinary!

We are a team of 7 and are currently looking for our next colleague to complete our squad! As a Visual Merchandising Designer you will play a big role on developing the brand storytelling at the POS, providing windows and instore animation, Graphic design and 3d imagery development, designing themed displays and special furniture to ensure a perfect presentation of the product and brand consistency trough the POS customer journey. You will work from the design phases and the development till the realization making sure our store concept material supports the Breitling story, brand and mission. In this position you will report to the Global Lead Visual Merchandising & Design.

Your contribution:

• You design and develop inspirational window animations, based on a prepared briefing and align with our corporate identity, mission and story.
• You create original, eye-catching and commercial displays that positively promote our successful brand, increase brand engagement and in-store customer experience throughout our boutique, Shop in Shop and Corners network, but also improving existing material to follow the evolution of the brand & store concept.
• You work in close contact with our suppliers, overseeing the creation of prototypes, managing the final set-up including material definition and internal ordering process, the timely delivery and installation of all material.
• You create, adapt and provide customized solutions when needed to our markets.
• You create and develop activation material ideas related to dedicated product launch, popup of event activities, provide artworks to markets for local deployments.
• You help to bring new ideas, a creative mindset and the “wow factor” to our boutiques and wholesales channel.
• You keep in touch with competitor and sector visual innovators, the latest trends and blending new ideas and innovations with our brand.
• You adapt, optimize and develop layouts and content presentations for internal and external, as Power Point presentations, guideline documents or catalogues.
• You maintain the picture park content and ensure that it is up-to-date.

You will fit well to our squad if:

• You have at least 6 years of relevant experience in visual merchandising or retail design. Experience in the watch industry or creative agency is a plus.
• You have proven project management experience.
• Your education in visual merchandising design is mandatory, interior & retail design is a plus.
• You have a relevant experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign) and 3D software (Sketchup ,Rhino, 3ds). 3D renders (Corona) is a plus.
• Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• You are fluent in English. Any additional language is a plus.
