As a Video Producer, you will oversee the creation and execution of an audience-specific content strategy to drive reach and engagement within that market.

We are seeking an immediate hire for a young, motivated, and creative individual with a digital mindset for the position of Video Producer with a focus on Social Media for our Content Team in Switzerland.

All responsibilities entrusted to you include:

• Bringing specialist knowledge of the audience, the Video Producer (Social Media focus) will collaborate closely with the Social Media and Communication teams to grow the audience through creative concepts and formats for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc., creating a holistic, always-on content experience.
• Craft narratives that resonate with the audience, embodying Red Bull’s unique spirit and transforming content into memorable, inspiring, and engaging experiences.
• Define the content strategy, including editorial scope, content, and formats, and oversee the production of videos, texts, images, and interactive content across social media and digital channels.
• Work with in-house and third-party producers to create content meeting editorial, budgetary, technical, and legal standards; recruit and coordinate editors, freelancers, and contributors; manage budgets and finances.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of overall media experience in content creation or commissioning for a target audience, with a good understanding of marketing.
• A passion for content with a proven track record of developing and executing world-class content tailored to target audiences; comfortable working under pressure.
• Creative thinker and dynamic personality who drives innovation, proactively communicates, and has strong interpersonal skills to coordinate production partners and teams.
• Strong skills in filming, editing, motion design, and production management; clear understanding of the international content market, broadcast strategy, and programming.
• Native German speaker, fluent in English; French is a plus.

• Willingness to travel 10-20%.
