As a Video Producer, you will oversee the creation and execution of an audience-specific content strategy to drive reach and engagement within the target market.

We are seeking an immediate hire for a young, motivated, and creative individual with a digital mindset for the position of Video Producer focused on Social Media within our Content Team in Switzerland.

Responsibilities

All responsibilities entrusted to you include:

• Bringing specialist knowledge of the audience, working closely with Social Media and Communication teams to grow the audience through creative concepts and formats for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc., to build a holistic, always-on content experience.
• Crafting narratives that resonate with the audience, bringing Red Bull’s unique spirit to life, and transforming content into memorable experiences that inspire and engage through compelling storytelling.
• Defining the content strategy, including editorial scope, content, and formats, and driving the production of video, text, images, and interactive content on social media and digital channels.
• Collaborating with in-house and third-party producers to create content meeting editorial, budgetary, technical, and legal standards, including recruiting and coordinating editors, freelancers, and contributors, and managing budgets and finances.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in media content creation or commissioning for a specialized audience, with a good understanding of marketing.
• A passion for content with a proven track record of developing and executing world-class content for target audiences, capable of working under pressure.
• A creative thinker and dynamic personality who drives innovation, proactively communicates, and has strong interpersonal skills for coordinating production partners and teams.
• Strong skills in filming, editing, motion design, and production management, with a clear understanding of the international content market, broadcast strategy, and programming.
• Native German speaker, fluent in English; French is a plus.

• Willingness to travel 10-20%.
