Jobbeschreibung

Our client is looking for a Video Host & Producer to join their distribution team. In this role, starting October 1, 2025 or upon agreement, you will be involved in the following areas of responsibility:

• Conceptualization, planning, and further development of video content and formats
  
• Editing and post-production of short videos for TikTok, as well as organizing and independently implementing video shoots
  
• Content distribution and active, targeted community management on TikTok
  
• Regular analysis of channel performance, trends, and target group behavior
  

Requirements

• Several years of experience in video production and/or relevant training
  
• Excellent understanding of journalistic work and editorial processes
  
• Passion for social media—particularly TikTok, short videos, and viral content
  
• High level of personal responsibility, proactivity, and motivation, as well as the ability to share your knowledge with others in a clear and practical manner, such as with interns
