Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 15 Jahre Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement auf operativer und strategischer Ebene.
• Erfahrung in der Leitung großer Teams in verschiedenen Kulturen.

About the Role - We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vice President Quality & EHOS for our Systems division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of Quality Management at a global level and strong leadership and influencing skills. The successful candidate will be part of the divisional leadership team and will report to the President of the division with a matrix reporting to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

• Driving Quality Standards and Processes: Drive and inspire the organization to achieve Quality and Safety standards and targets across the divisional legal entities.
• Culture: Cultivate a culture of Quality and Safety through projects and actions aligned with the company mission statement.
• Quality Requirements: Address Client Quality requirements by identifying process controls and mobilizing the organization to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Root Cause Analysis: Supervise and coordinate Root Cause Analysis of errors and prepare action plans.
• Maintain the EOHS System: Maintain the EOHS-System (Environment, Occupational Health & Safety) for the Systems Division, ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations of the assigned legal entities.
• People Management: Manage Quality function employees and provide functional reporting to regional and local quality team members.
• Group Management System: Act as Management Representative for the Burckhardt Compression Group regarding the Quality Management System (QMS) and all Environment, Occupational Health and Safety (EOHS) topics.
• Facility Management Switzerland: Lead the Facility Management department at Burckhardt Compression in Switzerland BCAG, ensuring efficient and effective operations.

Qualifications and Required Skills:

• Demonstrated and extensive experience (15 years +) in Quality and Supplier Quality at both operational and strategic levels.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Solid exposure to companies operating at a global level in both established and emerging markets.
• Consolidated ability to lead a large team in different locations and across different cultures.
