As part of this succession plan, we are looking for a branch manager, insurance specialists, as well as SME advisors / mandate managers and financial planners for private client consulting.

As a financial boutique, we have been serving over 37,000 clients since 1993. Our goal is to provide everything from a single source to our clients, ensuring increased objectivity and time savings.

This means in your daily work:

  • You support our clients in all insurance questions and offer a comprehensive 360° consultation
  • You understand our clients and can present tailor-made solutions
  • You lead employee workshops for our corporate clients as an employee benefit
  • You advise our corporate clients with joy and acquire new clients with empathy
  • You know how to conduct submissions, perform comparisons, and create insurance concepts
  • You assist our clients in claims cases
  • You can handle the insurance trusteeship service (premium billing, policies, profit participation checks, etc.)
Qualifications
  • You are a motivated and committed personality with a lot of joy in direct contact with our clients
  • You possess a high level of self-motivation, dedication, and self-discipline, as well as structured and networked thinking
  • You are willing to take responsibility and have gained leadership experience in the past
  • You recognize complex relationships and have a solution-oriented work attitude
  • Experience in the corporate business of an insurance broker or insurer is an advantage
  • Excellent ICT skills (MS Office)
