Bank Vontobel in Zurich seeks a Third Party Risk Management Specialist to own the execution and development of the bank's TPRM processes, collaborating with Business Owners, Procurement, Legal, Compliance and Risk functions.

You will manage onboarding, due diligence, risk assessments, data quality and annual reviews across the vendor lifecycle, delivering reports and driving improvements. The role will move to Baar in 2030 and involves AI-enabled tools.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, Risk Management or related field.
• Initial professional experience in Procurement, Risk Management, Compliance or Vendor Management.
• Interest in third-party risk management and regulatory topics.

Mansioni

• Own onboarding, due diligence and re-assessment activities from initiation through completion.
• Conduct vendor risk assessments, document results and ensure identified risks and actions are addressed.
• Maintain vendor inventory and ensure data completeness, accuracy and quality.
• Plan, coordinate and complete annual reviews and continuous monitoring activities.
• Produce reports, presentations and management information on third-party risks, trends and actions.
• Manage TPRM-related governance, audit and regulatory reporting activities.
• Drive continuous improvement of TPRM processes, templates and tools.
• Engage Business Owners and control functions to ensure timely assessments, reviews and remediation actions.
• Manage audit, regulatory and control-related requests concerning third-party risk management.
• Oversee TPRM activities across full vendor lifecycle: onboarding, monitoring, re-assessment, offboarding.
