• 8–12 years in Swiss private banking or wealth management (COO office, business management, or 1st‑line risk/control).
• Deep understanding of FINMA circulars, AMLA/AMLO, and cross‑border rules.
• Proven financial budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint capabilities.
• Track record of managing strategic group‑level projects or system rollouts.

Responsabilités

• Business Management & Planning: build and track regional budgets with monthly variance analysis; forecast models; KPI reporting; implement cost initiatives locally.
• First‑Line Risk & Control: own regional control framework; monitor AML/KYC; manage incidents; coordinate audits; maintain RCSA and KRIs.
• Regulatory Readiness: support rollout of regulatory strategies; oversee staff training and certifications; prepare for regulatory reviews and inspections.
