Job summary

EFG International AG is seeking an experienced Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) professional to lead the Group TPRM and Outsourcing function. You will oversee the end-to-end TPRM lifecycle, ensure policy and governance adherence, and drive centralised issue tracking and remediation actions.

You will collaborate with multiple functions including Procurement, IT, Compliance, and Information Security to manage third-party risks across geographies, reporting to senior management and risk

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of end-to-end TPRM lifecycle and governance.
• Experience with risk and control self-assessment, issue tracking, and remediation oversight.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across multiple functions and regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and ongoing enhancement of the Group’s TPRM framework across the full third-party lifecycle.
• Ensure consistent application of group-wide TPRM policies, standards, and governance across divisions and geographies.
• Maintain oversight of the third-party portfolio, including critical Outsourcing and ICT third parties and risk concentrations.
• Design and maintain MI, dashboards, KPIs, and KRIs for senior management and risk committees.
• Oversee a centralized process for recording and closing TPRM-related issues and remediation actions.
• Govern the Group’s TPRM tooling and supporting systems in collaboration with IT and data management.
• Coordinate responses to internal/external audits and regulatory reviews related to TPRM.
• Act as senior liaison between TPRM, Procurement, Operational Risk, Compliance, Information Security, Technology and regional teams.
• Lead change and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and automation of TPRM processes.
• Analyze recurring issues and emerging trends to identify systemic weaknesses and improvement opportunities.
