Your role

Any digital experience is made up of flows, graphics, and words. In this role, you’ll help develop flows and take responsibility for the words.

We’re looking for people who share our passion for great user experience. You’ll work closely with designers, UX researchers, strategists, product owners, and localization experts. Your writings will be read by millions of clients worldwide, helping to make banking easier and more delightful.

As part of a growing team, you’ll have the opportunity to influence how we do UX writing at UBS. We want to hear your vision on creating and delivering content across channels like ubs.com, E-Banking, and Mobile Banking.

Your responsibilities

1. Develop client-centered copy by collaborating with UX/UI designers, researchers, product teams, and localization experts.
2. Present your work to stakeholders and work with the design team to meet business needs through UX writing and design.
3. Participate in an agile environment with short sprints, rapid prototyping, and user testing.
4. Prioritize your work aligning with project goals.
