Zusammenfassung

GetYourGuide is seeking an experienced UX Research/Program Manager to scale research operations and build AI-assisted workflows. You’ll partner with product, design and marketing to convert insights into product decisions, manage tools and vendors, and influence senior stakeholders to align research with business goals.

Hybrid role with global offices, offering growth budgets, flexible work, and ongoing learning programs.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in UX Research, UX Strategy, or UX Program Management in tech.
• Proven track record building scalable research systems and user panels.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative methods with appropriate rigor.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and decision-making.
• Ability to visualize direction with sketches, prototypes or AI-assisted outputs.
• Familiar with research ethics, GDPR, accessibility standards, and privacy policies.
• Good business judgment tying research to commercial impact.
• Vendor management, budgeting and negotiations experience.
• Concise, level-specific communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Design and maintain systems, tools and programs to scale research activities.
• Create AI-powered workflows to speed intake, recruitment, synthesis and activation.
• Present research outputs to senior stakeholders for decision-making.
• Lead discovery sessions to surface operational gaps and inform roadmap.
• Coach teams on appropriate processes and tools for their problems.
• Oversee ongoing research tool screening, vendor onboarding and access management.
• Collaborate with product, design, marketing and business to link findings to KPIs.
