GetYourGuide is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead a team of product managers and set strategy across the On-Trip domain. You will coach a high‑performing team and drive measurable outcomes on key surfaces such as fulfillment, AI resolution, and supplier coordination.

You will manage three PMs based in Zurich, reporting to the Director of Product, Traveller, based in Berlin. The role blends hands‑on leadership with strategic vision and requires occasional travel to Berlin.

• Demonstrated ability to translate a multi‑pillar strategy into a clear executive thesis.
• Experience coaching junior, senior and lead PMs with improved outputs.
• Strong commercial instinct with ROI framing and metric discipline.
