You will lead technical validation of OEM 1ph/3ph low-voltage UPS, manage test partners, and support product development. You will work with labs and certification bodies, perform RCA, and stay abreast of new UPS technologies in

Qualifikationen

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 2+ years of experience.
• Experience with power electronic systems is required.
• Laboratory use of measuring equipment.
• Knowledge of IEC and UL standards.
• Experience with external laboratories and certification bodies.
• Awareness of ECNs, BOMs, and documentation systems.
• Experience with failure investigations and RCA.
• Knowledge of Agile is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Lead technical validation and customization of OEM 1ph and 3ph UPS, batteries, and accessories.
• Manage test partners to plan programs demonstrating IEC/UL compliance.
• Manage technical specs and support business cases for product development.
• Drive RCA and corrective actions from qualification testing and customer sites.
• Maintain awareness of new UPS technologies with ABB’s Switzerland center.
