Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 2+ years of professional experience.
• Experience with power electronic systems required.
• Experience using laboratory measuring equipment.
• Knowledge of IEC and UL standards.
• Experience coordinating with external laboratories and certification bodies.
• Familiarity with ECNs, BOMs and documentation systems.
• Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Knowledge of Agile methodology is an advantage.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Aufgaben

• Lead technical validation and customization of OEM 1ph and 3ph low-voltage UPS systems, batteries and accessories.
• Manage test partners to plan programs demonstrating compliance with IEC/UL standards.
• Maintain technical specifications and support product managers in business case development.
• Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for issues found during qualification testing and at customer sites.
• Collaborate with the research center and ABB stakeholders to identify new UPS technologies.
