Job summary
Flyability is seeking a Technical Customer Support Specialist in Lausanne to be the technical frontline for our worldwide customer base. Qualifications
- 3–5 years in a technical support, field technician, or related troubleshooting role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German/French a strong asset.
- Strong technical writing abilities to translate engineering concepts into clear customer instructions.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical frontline support to customers worldwide via ticketing and phone.
- Investigate hardware, software, and post-processing interactions to diagnose issues.
- Escalate complex problems to R&D with clear context for root-cause analysis.
- Create and maintain technical articles for knowledge base and internal docs.
- Process and track spare parts orders and oversee drone repairs at HQ.
