EagleNXT - senseFly SA in Cheseaux-sur-Lausanne, Vaud, Switzerland, is seeking a hands-on Electronics Technician to join a small hardware team. You will inspect PCBs, solder small components, and perform board bring-up with test plans.

You will also help manage the lab, configure drones, and support CAD/PLM workflows. The role emphasizes practical skills in electronics, soldering quality, and structured validation reporting, with opportunities to contribute to test benches and fixture design.

Qualifikationen

• Technician ES/HF in electronics or CFC in electronics with hands-on R&D or lab experience.
• French BTS, DUT/BUT or equivalent European diploma in electronics.
• 2+ years of practical electronics, hardware validation, PCB assembly, or lab testing.
• Strong soldering, PCB modification, and bench diagnostic skills.
• Ability to read schematics, BoMs, drawings, and procedures; basic analog/digital/power electronics understanding.
• Ability to follow test procedures, record results, and write technical reports.
• Structured, precise, autonomous, quality-oriented work style.
• Languages: fluent French; technical English is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Incoming inspection and PCB quality checks per defined procedures.
• Soldering, rework and prototype modification of small components.
• Board bring-up, functional checks, and validation against requirements.
• Manage lab and workshop: organization, stock, calibration, and maintenance.
• Create and maintain test benches and documentation for hardware tests.
