Job summary

EagleNXT - senseFly SA is seeking a hands-on Electronics Technician to join a small Hardware Engineering team, focusing on prototype boards, test setups, and drone integration. You will perform PCB inspection, soldering, and structured testing while contributing to lab management and lab tooling.

You will work on hardware validation, BOM planning, and documentation, ensuring quality and repeatability in a fast-paced R&D environment based in Cheseaux-sur-Lausanne, with on-site duties.

Qualifications

• Technician diploma or equivalent with hands-on R&D/production lab experience.
• 2+ years in electronics, hardware validation, or PCB testing.
• Fluent French; technical English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Incoming inspection of prototype and PCBs with visual, electrical checks and tests.
• Perform electrical measurements and write structured test reports.
• Soldering, rework and prototype modification of PCBs and assemblies.
• Maintain lab/workshop organization, stock and calibration scheduling.
• Configure R&D drones and hardware platforms for tests and demos.
• Create simple hardware test benches using Arduino/Raspberry Pi.
