Zusammenfassung

EagleNXT is seeking a hands-on Electronics Technician to join a small hardware team in Lausanne-area labs. You’ll inspect, test, and modify prototype boards, perform SMD soldering, and support lab operations and drone hardware setups.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in electronics, strong soldering skills, and fluent French; English is a plus. On-site role with room for growth in UAV systems and conformance testing.

Qualifikationen

• Technician ES/HF in electronics or CFC with hands-on R&D/lab experience.
• European equivalent diploma in electronics is relevant.
• 2+ years practical electronics, hardware validation, PCB assembly or lab testing.
• Strong soldering, PCB modification and bench diagnostics.
• Ability to read schematics, BoMs, drawings and procedures.
• Follow test procedures, record results, and write technical reports.
• Structured, precise, autonomous, quality-oriented work style.
• Fluent French; technical English is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Incoming inspection of prototype, pre-series, and production PCBs with checks.
• Electrical measurements per test plans; write structured reports.
• High-quality SMD soldering and prototype modification of boards.
• Lab management: stock, calibration, maintenance, and setup.
• Configure drones and hardware platforms for tests and demos.
• Create simple test benches with Arduino or Raspberry Pi platforms.
• Develop and maintain OrCAD/KiCad components in PLM system.
