Zusammenfassung

Accelleron is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join the high-speed turbocharger product development team in Baden, Switzerland. You will take engineering responsibility for development and lifecycle support, provide technical support to supply, sales and service, and work closely with central R&D on cross-divisional initiatives and projects.

You will drive work packages, plan technology, costs, and deadlines, apply state-of-the-art methods, perform FEM/CFD simulations and tests, and

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably Master, with at least 2 years of professional experience.
• Knowledge of state-of-the-art development methods.
• Strong engineering, project management and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and German.

Aufgaben

• Execute engineering calculations such as tolerance stack-ups for static and rotating turbocharger parts and assemblies.
• Initiate, supervise and analyze FEM/CFD simulations and tests in internal and external laboratories.
• Perform technical root cause analysis for product reliability incidents and develop countermeasures.
• Drive development of the existing product range involving sales, service and central R&D.
• Lead cross-divisional projects, planning technology, costs, and deadlines, and ensure documentation and knowledge management.
