Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

  • Gérer un portefeuille diversifié de clients, y compris des sociétés, des fiducies et des fondations.
  • Collaborer avec des conseillers fiscaux et juridiques pour des solutions fiduciaires.
  • Préparer et examiner des documents juridiques, y compris des contrats et des accords.

Job Description

On behalf of our client, a reputable and fast-growing Trust company in Geneva, we are seeking an experienced Senior Trust Officer (M/F).

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer a diverse portfolio of clients, including companies, trusts, and foundations with international orientations.
  • Ensure compliance with financial, regulatory, and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with tax and legal advisors to restructure and implement fiduciary solutions.
  • Prepare and review corporate documents such as resolutions, contracts, loan agreements, and powers of attorney.
  • Oversee accounting processes, including financial statement preparation and review.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all client structures.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, lawyers, accountants, bankers, and other third parties.
  • Identify and promote new business opportunities to enhance company growth.
  • Greet visitors warmly and ensure a professional front-office presence.
  • Handle and direct incoming phone calls efficiently.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and document handling.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, ensuring optimal time management.
  • Maintain calendars and coordinate appointments.
  • Provide first-class administrative support to Trust Officers and senior management.
  • Assist the Legal and Compliance Office with maintaining procedures and regulatory compliance.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and risk management frameworks.

Requirements:

  • Higher education or university degree in law, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • TEP qualification required; UK common law legal and/or tax expertise is a strong plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the trust industry.
  • Proficient in modern office software tools and capable of handling complex travel arrangements.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with native-level proficiency in written French and English; Spanish is a plus.
  • A collaborative, proactive, and professional approach with a commitment to best practices.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Swiss residency is required for this position.
