Jobbeschreibung

We are seeking for one of our client, a reputational trust based in Geneva, a Trust Officer.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure effective management and administration of a portfolio of trusts.
• Establish and strengthen relationships with beneficiaries and advisers to gain a thorough understanding of the trust's objectives and meet the beneficiaries' needs.
• Proactively organize meetings with principals and beneficiaries to discuss issues, referring complex matters to management while ensuring compliance with trust and bank policies.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of statutory records, including minutes of directors' and shareholders' meetings, as well as trustee resolutions.

Profile:

• A minimum of five years of relevant experience in trust is a prerequisite.
• You will be degree educated and hold either the STEP Certificate or be studying for a STEP Diploma.
• Proficiency in English is required, along with mastery of other languages.
