Jobbeschreibung

As a Trust Officer, you will be responsible for supporting a portfolio of international trust complex structures, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and drafting/keeping all required documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Administer a complex portfolio of trusts and liaise with single family offices of the Principals.
  2. Oversee day-to-day management of structures, including transactions, distributions, drafting trust documentation, and record-keeping.
  3. Ensure compliance with internal procedures, as well as Swiss and international regulations (FATCA, CRS, AML, etc.).
  4. Liaise with legal, tax, and financial advisors as needed.
  5. Support the senior management team with ad-hoc projects and client development initiatives.

Profile

  • 3–5 years of experience in trust and corporate services, preferably in an international or Swiss trust company.
  • STEP qualification (or working towards it) is a strong advantage.
  • Strong understanding of trust and fiduciary structures, including regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Strong client service mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in French and English (other languages are a plus).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
