Job summary

Brewer Morris is partnering with an international organisation to recruit a Treasury Specialist to join its finance team in Switzerland.

This hands-on role covers cash management, liquidity forecasting, banking relationships, FX and treasury operations, with interaction across senior stakeholders in the business. The position is a 1 year contract, starting immediately, based in Switzerland.

Qualifications

• Several years' experience within Corporate Treasury.
• Strong knowledge of cash management, liquidity forecasting and banking.
• Experience with FX, cash pooling and intercompany funding would be advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of accounting and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/TMS.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English; additional European languages beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash positions and liquidity across entities and currencies.
• Prepare and maintain short and medium-term cash flow forecasts.
• Manage banking relationships, bank accounts and payment processes.
• Monitor foreign exchange exposures and support FX hedging activities.
• Support intercompany funding, loans and cash pooling.
• Monitor debt, interest and financing requirements.
• Prepare treasury reporting and analysis for senior management.
• Ensure treasury controls, processes and documentation are maintained.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Tax, FP&A and wider Finance teams.
• Support treasury projects, process improvements and automation initiatives.

This is a hands-on treasury position offering responsibility across cash and liquidity management, forecasting, banking, FX and treasury operations. The successful candidate will work closely with finance teams and senior stakeholders across the business, helping to ensure strong cash visibility and effective treasury controls.
