La Prairie Switzerland seeks a results-driven Demand Planning professional to translate commercial priorities, market intelligence and data insights into robust demand and supply plans across two luxury brands. You will strengthen forecast accuracy, support launch planning and drive cross-functional alignment to ensure service excellence and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities include leading regional demand planning, refining forecasts with Sales/Marketing input, and managing stock levels
Qualifikationen
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Fluent English with excellent collaboration and communication.
Aufgaben
- Lead demand planning across the assigned scope.
- Create, manage and improve forecasts for saleable products region-wide.
- Coordinate with Sales/Marketing to reflect market trends and promotions.
- Forecast non-saleable items and track accuracy.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and propose improvement plans.
- Support portfolio and lifecycle management to optimize stock and reduce obsolescence.
- Oversee shortages and allocation with CS, Supply Chain and Sales.
- Consolidate sell-out data and market intelligence for data-driven decisions.
- Support reporting tools and user acceptance testing for QlikSense, QlikView and Power BI.
