avec compétence GmbH in Tessin, Prezion, seeks a Project Manager to lead medium-sized transformer and reactor projects, ensuring compliance with QHSE requirements. You will develop schedules, manage resources, and coordinate across stakeholders.

The role requires 2-3 years of PM experience in transformer/ reactor projects, strong communication, and fluency in English and Italian. It offers 80-100% workload with a 3-6 months interim period, then a permanent position.

Qualificações

• 2-3 years of proven experience in project management with focus on transformers and reactors.
• Experience collaborating with a diverse number of stakeholders.
• Very good knowledge of English and Italian.
• Structured and organized, able to work under time pressure.
• Self-driven and open-minded; team player capable of motivating a project team.

Responsabilidades

• Develop project schedules and determine resource requirements.
• Monitor and report on project status including cost, timing and staffing.
• Ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards.
• Manage after-sales projects by fulfilling customer needs.
• Identify and resolve obstacles to completing projects on time and on budget.
• Manage multiple interrelated projects, including business transformation projects.
• Integrate vendor tasks into the project plan and track vendor deliverables.
