Job summary

Power equipment manufacturing seeks a Project Manager to lead medium-size projects related to low- and medium-voltage transformers and reactors, ensuring compliance with quality, health, safety and environmental requirements.

You will develop schedules, monitor progress and costs, manage resources and vendor deliverables, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and build a motivated project team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven PM experience focusing on transformers and reactors.
• Experience coordinating with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent English and Italian.
• Strong communication, self-driven and open-minded.
• Structured, organized, and able to work under time pressure.
• Team player able to motivate project team.

Responsibilities

Profile

• Electrical engineering or mechanical engineering background
• 2-3 years of proven experience in project management with focus on transformers and reactors
• Experience collaborating with a diverse number of stakeholders
• Very good knowledge of English and Italian
• Strong communication skills, self-driven and open-minded
• Structured and organized, able to work under time pressure
• Team player able to build and motivate a project team

Offer

• 80-100% workload
• 3-6 months interim, then a permanent position
