Job summary

agap2 Switzerland is seeking a senior consultant to support our clients on-site in energy projects, focusing on high- and mid-voltage substations and switchgear systems. You will lead multidisciplinary project teams and manage projects from planning through commissioning in a Swiss context.

Requirement: degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering, 5+ years in project management (HV tech preferred), strong knowledge of standards and safety regulations, and fluent German and English.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering or related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate projects related to development and installation of high- & mid-voltage substations and switchgear systems.
• Oversee all project phases from planning and design through commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, safety regulations and industry norms.
• Manage project risks and implement Occupational Health and Safety requirements.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, authorities and stakeholders.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams of engineers and specialists.
• Prepare, present and report project progress to steering committees and management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in international projects and collaborate with global teams.
