Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related.
• Experience in transformation, consulting, project management, or operations improvement in financial services.
• Experience leading or supporting project workstreams: planning, coordination, execution, stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to structure complex topics and recommendations.
• Experience analyzing processes and operating models to identify improvement opportunities.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders and deliverables in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills across organizational levels.
• Fluency in English; German is an advantage.
• Understanding banking products, operations and regulatory environments is advantageous.

YOUR CHALLENGE

YOUR PROFILE

• University degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline
• Relevant experience in transformation, consulting, project management, operations improvement within financial services or similarly complex environments
• Experience supporting or leading project workstreams, including planning, coordination, execution and stakeholder management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to structure complex topics and develop actionable recommendations
• Experience analysing business processes, operating models or organizational structures to identify improvement opportunities
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders and deliverables in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at different organizational levels
• Understanding of banking products, operations and regulatory environments is advantageous
• Proactive, solution-oriented and collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail and execution focus
• Fluency in English; German is considered an advantage
